Since installing the 3.0 update I can no longer send designs to my machine. Every time I try to send something I get the message "Cannot be received." What can I do to get past this?
This problem is caused by using version 2.2 or earlier software. Once the machine has been updated, you must use version 3.0 software in your computer. These versions are available as a downloadable update from Janome:
bullet EasyTransfer - Click to download.
 
bullet Customizer 10000 - Click to download.

Note that if you have already installed the updated version, you may be using the wrong icons to open the program. In particular, when you have installed Customizer 10000 Plus, it leaves the original icons on the desktop for EasyImport, EasyEdit and EasyGigahoop. If you use those icons, you will get the old version of the program. Only when you click the Customizer 10000 Plus icon will you get the updated versions. For this reason, once you have successfully installed the version 3.0 update, you may want to uninstall the original version. It is listed in the Add/Remove Programs list as Customizer 10000, while the new version is listed as Customizer 10000 Plus.
