| I'm trying to install the 3.0 update,
but the installer keeps telling me that a previous version is
installed. How do I get this one installed? If you have installed any updates to your machine since you bought it, you will likely still have the software from that update in your computer. Version 3.0's installation program will not install the version 3.0 update if any previous version is detected. To correct this problem, open My Computer and locate Control Panel. Open it and then locate and open Add or Remove Programs. Find the entry for Memory Craft 10000 Update:
Click the Change/Remove button to uninstall it. Then repeat the installation of the 3.0 update. |
