I tried to install the Customizer 10000 Plus update, but it says that I don't have Customizer 10000 installed. I've been using it for months - how can this be?
Most likely a prior update to Customizer installed itself incorrectly. Since it still functions when this happens, you may not have noticed. Follow these steps to correct the problem:
  1. Using the Add/Remove Programs function of the Windows Control Panel, uninstall Customizer 10000.
  2. Install Customizer 10000 from your original CD.
  3. Install the Customizer 10000 Plus update that you downloaded.
  4. If desired, you can now uninstall the original Customizer 10000.
