I installed the update, but now I can't send anything to the machine by cable. Why not?
The version 3.0 update radically changed the file structure used for design storage in the MC10000. In order to use the new system, you must also update the software that you use to send designs to the sewing machine or ATA PC Card. The links below will allow you to download the updates that you need:

bullet Customizer 10000 Plus - Click here to download
Hint - after installing this update, you may uninstall your original Customizer 10000. However it must be present for the update to install correctly.

Version 1.3 provides connectivity to version 3.0 machines.
