I'm using Windows XP. Digitizer 10000 needs a driver for the dongle. Where can I get it?
When installing Digitizer 10000 on a computer using Windows XP, you may get an error message about a missing HASP driver. You may also get error messages about a missing security key or the inability to load the HASP driver. We have prepared a self-extracting file that will remove any existing driver, and install the latest driver. This has resolved all problems that we have encountered so far.
  1. Click here to download the driver. Save it to your desktop.
  2. Double-click the downloaded driver (xpdongle) to unzip and install it.

This problem has been fixed with Digitizer 10000 version 1.2. Get the update here.
