Follow these simple steps:
- Put the ATA PC Card in the MC10000.
- Open EasyImport or EasyTransfer, whichever
one you have.
- From the menu, choose MemoryCraft -> Delete Designs.
- When the Delete Designs dialog opens, make sure the
Use Open/Save Folder option in the top left corner is checked.
- Click the Select All Designs button.
- Click the Delete button. Warning!
This will remove all designs from the Emb_file folder on
the card. Make sure you have a copy of them before doing this step!
- Put the Memory Card in the Card Reader.
- At the sewing machine, open the first design on the 9000 card.
- Touch the Edit key. This will put the design in the Edit
screen.
- Touch the Folder key on the Edit screen. This opens the file
save dialog.
- Touch the Built-in/Save key so it says Save (Card)
on the screen.
- This step is optional, but recommended. Touch the Filename key.
For a file name, I recommend using the card number and the design number
within the card. For example, the 4th design on card 109 would be named as
109_04. I use two digits for each design number, so that they will
sort into proper order on the computer.
- Save the design by touching the OK key.
- Exit the Edit mode by touching the Cancel key.
- Repeat steps 8-14 for each of the other designs on the card.
- In the computer, in the program you opened in step 2, select
MemoryCraft -> Receive Designs.
- The Receive Designs folder will open. Again make sure you check
the Use Open/Save Folder box.
- Change the Folder box to the folder where you want the designs
to go.
- Click the Receive button to transfer the designs.
